dark designs e-book is out

In honor of Dark Design's release in e-format, I will be doing a contest over the weekend. Please comment in this thread. On Monday I'll pick two winners. One will get a print copy and the other will get an e-book :)

Other great DD things:

DD's gotten some really neat reviews :)

Literary Nymphs

Dark Designs is a complex story delving into the religious psyche of humanity. The story exhibits the wars between the faithful, who are capable of love and believe in a powerful spiritual being, versus the darkness that feeds on human fears and evils. Etherwolf was a mage who embraced the darkness; he took pleasure in killing without remorse until he met Sorin. Their sharing of magic brought about changes in Etherwolf. Reborn as Kyler, he realizes the monster he was and resists becoming that being again.

Elisa

Everything is complex in this book, from the intricate plot, switching back and forward in time, from the darkness of a past age with knights and mages, to the even too much light of modern time, where sometime the darkness would be welcomed to cover the ugliness of today.

I Love Books

The book is extremely well written and as the story moves back and forth through time we begin to see the connection between Kyler and Sorin and the scary and fascinating supporting characters they deal with. The story is filled with knights and mages and the ever present Darkness and along with the many flashbacks the plot is at times confusing but nevertheless kept me glued to my eReader throughout.

I've also posted (and by "I," I mean Jen ;) the Interludes up on my web site. Please check them out, they're pretty neat.

To have a print copy of this book would be a joy. Your writing is stellar, the theme utterly intrigues me, and...I don't have an e-reader. (Gawd, I'm shameless.)

I've no doubt you'll be getting more rave reviews.

Ditto from the others that said Chris gave them a heads up. I've been eyeing this for some time and to get a chance to read it in either form would be great. Thanks!

I'm glad that the review said that it was a complex story because those are the ones that can really draw a reader in and not want to put down the book. I'm looking forward to reading this one.
